The Three Sisters is a feature length narrative film currently in the development stage, adapted from the fictional novel, The Effects of Light (Warner Books, 2005).
Sisters growing up in the counterculture of 1990's Portland, Oregon pose nude for a series of art photos taken by a family friend. When the images are met with controversy, the family must deal with the complex reality of making art with family.
Body of Work, a feature length hybrid documentary film, was invited to ifp’s Independent Film Week in 2008, as well as ifp’s 2007 Documentary Rough Cut Lab. Body of Work was a finalist for the 2011 SFFS Documentary film grant, and won an Experimental Television Center Finishing Fund Grant in 2010. Ifp acts as Body of Work's fiscal sponsor.
